My sister asked me to check two flats for her
My sister lives in Munich and cannot travel every month, so she asked me to look at two flats near Torrevieja for her. I went with a list of questions and came back with more questions than answers.
The first flat had a beautiful terrace and a neighbour who runs a small workshop under it. Nobody writes this in the listing. The second was twenty minutes further from the sea and thirty thousand cheaper, which she did not want to hear.
What I told her afterwards: half of what you see online is already sold, so check the source before you book a flight. I keep https://alegria-realestate.com/fr/ open for her and send a screenshot when something moves.
She has not decided. I think she will take the second one anyway.
